Refund policy

You can return any unused, unwashed, or undamaged items purchased from our website up to 30 days from your order date.

When reaching out to our customer service team, please provide order number as proof of purchase

All returned items must be in their original condition within their respective packaging and tags attached, we will refund your original purchase price. For tracking purposes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that dog treats are not eligible for returns once the package is opened.
