You can return any unused, unwashed, or undamaged items purchased from our website up to 30 days from your order date.
When reaching out to our customer service team, please provide order number as proof of purchase

All returned items must be in their original condition within their respective packaging and tags attached, we will refund your original purchase price. For tracking purposes, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that dog treats are not eligible for returns once the package is opened.

Defective Items

Items that have been purchased through our website and received as defective, meaning toys that have a manufactured error, are eligible for replacement. Defective items must be in unused condition with their respective packaging. Please reach out to our customer service team at barkbuddiezonline@gmail.com to complete a defective claim request.

We will not honor refunds or returns on damaged products due to pet play.

 

Lost packages

For packages that have been lost in transit, Barkbuddiez.com highly suggests first contacting the carrier delivering your package to submit a loss item claim. Additionally, we suggest in order to avoid any potential theft, please keep a close eye on your tracking.
